What if it rains on the day ?
No worries our studio is fully equipped in side to get you some amazing photos, if the rain stops during your photoshoot we can always go outside & get some photos too
Can siblings get involved on the newborn photos?
Absolutely , we love it when the whole family are involved, its times like these memories are made
What if my little one doesn't cooperate on the day?
Don't panic this happen's from time to time, the shoot isn't rushed and is taken at your pace, if however your little one doesnt cooperate , then we will reschedule another photoshoot back in at no additional charge and try again
What should i bring with me ?
There's a section on the website with information of what to bring etc for a photoshoot , however , snacks and drinks are always a good idea and an outfit change. If its a newborn shoot then a nappy bag with all the usual items & plenty of milk.
We take a deposit up front to secure all booking's ,this also eliminates no shows on the day, once your deposit has been paid your officially booked in for your photoshoot
How long as your studio been going?
Our studio opened almost 9 years ago, we have seen lots of families and babies over the years , so rest assured your in good hands here
Can i pay by credit card ?
We have lots of ways our customer's can pay , these include, bank transfer, credit card, debit card & paypal.
Do you offer credit/ can I pay monthly ?
We don't offer credit or payment plans unfortunately , but our prices have been structured to include as many products as possible at some of the best prices around and we are sure everyone will find a package to suit their needs.
Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately we don't offer refunds, once a package has been ordered in the studio on the day of the shoot , all orders are final.
If you've booked a photoshoot and need to move the date thats fine and any deposit paid will be moved over to the new date, if you cancel your shoot with less than 48hours notice you will loose your photoshoot fee or deposit .
